Roger Xia

Roger Xia possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at the University of South Australia since December 2008. Expertise encompasses desktop support for both Windows and Mac systems, enterprise-level software support, corporate system administration, and VoIP telephony management. Roger is recognized as an expert in NEC Unified Communications and Moodle, with additional skills in database administration and audio-visual design and support. Prior to this role, Roger worked as a Product Specialist at Soft-World International Corp., focusing on game design, development, localization, and project documentation from January 2002 to July 2006. Roger holds a Master's degree in ICT Management from the University of South Australia, attained between 2008 and 2010.
