Benjamin Lecompte

Benjamin LeCompte currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director & Chief Revenue Officer at the University of South Dakota since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development and Associate Director for Development at K-State Athletics, focusing on major gifts and donor relations. At Discovery Benefits, Benjamin held positions as Regional Sales Director and Sales Director, specializing in building relationships with consultative partners in the Greater Philadelphia area. Previous roles feature coaching duties with Kohl's Professional Football Camps, as well as sales and account development positions at PepsiCo and Fargo Force, along with experience as a punter for the Chicago Bears. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Sports Management and a Certificate in Professional Selling from North Dakota State University.
