Jordan Bonstrom

Jordan Bonstrom currently serves as the Opportunity Center Director and has held various leadership roles at the University of South Dakota since May 2019, including Director of Student Rights & Responsibilities and Interim Coordinator of ICARE. Prior experience includes the position of Coordinator of Student Conduct at Oklahoma State University from November 2016 to May 2019, and Community Director at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from July 2013 to October 2016. Earlier roles include Assistant Community Director and Programming Graduate Assistant at The University of Alabama from July 2011 to May 2013, and an ACUHO-I internship at the University of Portland in 2012. Jordan's career began with an Enrollment Services internship at the University of North Dakota from August 2009 to May 2011. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of South Dakota, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Dakota, with ongoing doctoral studies expected to conclude in May 2025.
