Alex B.

Alex B. serves as the Senior Director and Head of Continuity & Resilience in Cloud Operations at Microsoft, leading efforts to protect the company's cloud infrastructure since March 2018. With extensive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management across various organizations, Alex previously held leadership roles at Ellie Mae, East West Bank, and PennyMac Loan Services, among others. In addition to responsibilities at Microsoft, Alex contributes to the field as a Board Member for the EC-Council and a member of the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee for the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Entrepreneurship & Management from Arizona State University and executive coursework at Harvard University.
