Bruce Johnston

Bruce Johnston is currently a Data Security Analyst at the University of South Florida. Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and consulting.

Bruce began their career in 1992 as a Senior Consultant at HRU Consulting. Bruce then moved to JBJ Consulting LLC in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Consultant for PeopleSoft. In 2006, they joined Towers Perrin as a Senior Consultant, providing advice and assistance implementing Oracle PeopleSoft HR, Compensation, Learning Management and ePerformance solutions.

In 2009, Bruce left Towers Perrin to join CherryRoad Technologies as a Senior Applications Consultant. There they provided functional services to clients for Compensation, ELM and ePerformance. Bruce left CherryRoad in 2010 to join Oracle as a Senior Principal Consultant. At Oracle, Bruce continued to advise and assist clients with the implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft HR, Compensation and Learning Management solutions. Bruce also worked with Fusion HCM Compensation Solutions. Bruce left Oracle in 2013 to join PS WebSolution as a Senior Consultant.

In 2014, Bruce returned to JBJ Consulting LLC, where they are currently Managing Principal.

Bruce Johnston graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics.
