Kaija Dupoux

Kaija Dupoux is currently a facilitator at the University of South Florida. From June 2020 to August 2021, they were the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the Pawtucket School District. Prior to that, they were with Learning Sciences International and St. Lucie Public Schools, where they served as a school and district transformation specialist, curriculum specialist, fourth grade teacher, RTI interventionist, and teacher and academic advisor for the Capital Preparatory Magnet School leadership cohort. Throughout their career, Kaija has been driven by a passion to help others achieve success. Kaija has a proven track record of increasing student achievement through their work with collaborative learning and planning meetings, the coaching cycle, and data-driven decision making.

Kaija Dupoux has a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida Atlantic University.

Kaija Dupoux reports to Anamarie Root, Director, Sr. HR Business Partner. They are on a team with William Carpenter - Visual Learning Designer, Andrew Mason - Employee Experience Consultant, and Bridgette Willis - OD Consultant.
