Ken Stidham

Ken Stidham is the current director of senior HRBP compensation and process automation at the University of South Florida. Ken has also worked as a manager of compensation at FirstGroup America, director of compensation at the University of Cincinnati, and as a consultant for talent acquisition and compensation at Luxottica. Ken has also served as a compensation consultant at Indiana University Health where they were responsible for maintaining the integrity of the total compensation program, demonstrating fiscal accountability, and identifying the financial impact of new and current policy applications and pay programs.
