Sean Lloyd

Sean Lloyd is currently the Associate Director at the University of South Florida. Sean has been in this position since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Compensation at the University of South Florida from October 2021 to May 2021. Before that, Sean was a Senior HR Consultant - Compensation at H Lee Moffitt Inc from March 2015 to May 2021. In this role, Sean was responsible for collaborating with Business Partner Teams and Senior Executive Leadership on the development of compensation models, conducting market pricing and job evaluations, and providing project leadership and expert guidance on major department initiatives. Sean also served as the administrator of incentive plans and as a project leader for other compensation initiatives such as audits, policy reviews and updates, benchmarking, and process improvements. Sean has extensive experience in researching and developing compensation models such as job ladders and job families.

Sean Lloyd has a Master of Science in Business with a focus in Entrepreneurship Applied Technologies from the University of South Florida. Sean also has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a focus in Economics/Sociology from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Sean has completed a Graduate Degree Certification in Gerontology from the University of South Florida and holds certifications from the University of South Florida in Six Sigma Lean and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR - Professional in Human Resources. Finally, Sean is certified by SHRM in SHRM-CP.
