Sean also has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a focus in Economics/Sociology from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Sean has completed a Graduate Degree Certification in Gerontology from the University of South Florida and holds certifications from the University of South Florida in Six Sigma Lean and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR - Professional in Human Resources. Finally, Sean is certified by SHRM in SHRM-CP.
