Katherine Cook

Katherine Cook is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Event Officer at the University of Southampton since April 2020. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions, including Assistant Catering Manager and Hospitality Operations Supervisor at the same institution. Katherine's experience also includes working as a Restaurant Supervisor at Limewood Hotel from June 2018 to April 2020, and a Graduate Management Trainee and Waitress at Coworth Park from July 2016 to June 2018. Earlier hospitality experience includes serving as a Waitress at The Duke of Richmond Hotel, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, from March 2015 to December 2015. Katherine holds a degree in International Hospitality & Management from ROC Mondriaan, completed in 2016.
