Naomi Clements

Naomi Clements is a seasoned academic professional with extensive experience in teaching and evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Academic Practice (Evaluation) at the University of Southampton since December 2022, Naomi has previously worked as a Research and Evaluation Officer for the Southern Universities Network and held various roles at the University of Portsmouth and the University of Southampton, including Faculty Student Recruitment Manager and MI Officer (Access and Student Success). Naomi’s expertise includes data analysis, outreach project evaluation, and research in widening participation, demonstrated through roles such as Research Assistant on the "Talk to US" project and Outreach Strand Leader for WP projects. Naomi holds a Master’s degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Southampton and a BA (Hons) in English and Art History from Goldsmiths, University of London. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Widening Participation Policy at the University of Portsmouth, Naomi's academic journey reflects a commitment to enhancing access and success in higher education.
