Angie Kim

Angie Kim, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at the University of Southern California, focusing on strategic HR advisement, employee experience enhancement, and alignment with university objectives. Prior experience includes various HR leadership roles at Citizens Business Bank, where Angie excelled in HR operations management and the implementation of a new HRIS system, as well as payroll management for a large workforce. Additionally, Angie held positions at East West Bank and Water and Power Community Credit Union, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development. Angie Kim is pursuing a Master of Science in Emergency Management at the University of Southern California, having previously earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
