April Ewing-Miles

April Ewing-Miles, M.Ed., serves as the Accounting and Finance Supervisor at the University of Southern California's Student Financial Services since August 2017, where responsibilities include evaluating financial data related to student accounts receivable and supervising a team of financial service counselors and loan collectors. Additionally, April is an Executive Board Member at PacWest SFS since July 2019 and has a significant background in student financial services, previously holding positions such as Associate Director of Student Accounts Receivable at Wayne State University, managing over $25 million in federal and institutional loan receivables, and conducting audits as a Senior Auditor for both Wayne State University and the City of Detroit. April holds a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology and Performance Improvement, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Services at Wayne State University.
