Dr. Theresa Haskins

Dr. Theresa Haskins serves as the President and CEO of the Institute of Neurodiversity (ION), leading efforts in advancing neuroinclusion through policy advocacy and community-led solutions. In addition to this role, Dr. Haskins is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, where courses include Talent Management and Managing Global Diversity and Human Resources, alongside being a recipient of the 2024 Faculty Award. With extensive experience in talent strategy and workplace neurodiversity, Dr. Haskins holds executive positions at several organizations, including a consulting firm and as a VP at a confidential company. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
