Helen Ferraro

Helen Ferraro is a highly experienced Contracts and Change Control Manager at the University of Southern California since August 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing change control policies for capital construction projects while ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Helen served as a Senior Contracts Administrator at Build-LACCD from August 2008 to July 2014, managing procurements and contracts for numerous construction and professional service projects.
