Jessica Ayala has extensive experience in administrative and hospitality roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Southern California since January 2019. Prior to this position, Jessica held the role of Presidential Guest Relations Coordinator at USC from July 2015 to August 2018. Jessica's career also includes significant experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Restaurant Sales Manager at Radisson Hotel @ USC from April 2009 to July 2015 and as a Catering & Special Events Coordinator at Le Merigot, JW Marriott Beach Hotel & Spa from December 2003 to March 2009. Jessica's educational background includes graduating from John C. Fremont High School in 2003.
