Kelly Moy

Kelly Moy, SPHR, CCP, serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards, Talent Management and HR Strategy at the University of Southern California since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing Human Resources operations and providing strategic direction to enhance data and technology use within HR. Previously, Kelly held the position of Associate Vice President, Strategy and Programs, and served as Director of Human Resources in the Office of the Provost, supervising HR managers and managing HR programs. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Project Manager and Human Resource Consultant at Southern California Edison from 2000 to 2013, focusing on strategic HR solutions and employee relations. Kelly's educational background includes a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA in Accounting-Finance from Concordia University Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University.
