Lauren Preston

Lauren Preston is a highly experienced professional in athletic compliance, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Athletic Compliance at the University of Southern California since November 2020. Previously, Lauren held several positions at The George Washington University, culminating as the Athletics Compliance & Student-Development Officer from September 2017 to November 2020. Early career experiences include roles at the United States Naval Academy, the American Athletic Conference, and internships at Valparaiso University School of Law, The Atlanta Dream, Kennesaw State University, and Gordon & Rees LLP. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor in Sports and Entertainment Law and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Kennesaw State University.
