Philip Requejo, PhD, has over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation engineering and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Rancho Research Institute, Inc. since January 2005, Philip oversees business operations and develops policy proposals while fostering collaboration among staff. Previously, Philip held the role of Director of Rehabilitation Engineering, where contributions included advancing technologies for motor process rehabilitation at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. In addition to leadership roles at RRI, Philip is the Director of the Southern California Spinal Cord Injury Model System and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California. Philip earned a PhD in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Southern California, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
