Rehab Favia is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the higher education sector. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Marketing at the University of Southern California since March 2016, Favia previously held various roles at USC Bookstores, including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Assistant Manager from May 2005 to March 2016. Responsibilities included assessing operational quality, developing policies, supervising staff, and managing budgets. Prior to USC, Favia worked as Operations Supervisor and Clothing Buyer at California State San Bernardino Coyote Bookstore from August 1995 to May 2005. Favia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-San Bernardino.
