Tala Mohebi

Tala Mohebi is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as University Counsel and Associate Secretary at the University of Southern California since April 2016. Previously, Tala worked as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from October 2013 to April 2016 and gained experience as a Rights & Permissions intern at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, in early 2012. Additionally, Tala contributed as a Legal Research Fellow at the USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy, focusing on human trafficking research. Internships at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art involved drafting licensing agreements. Academic credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MPD in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California, and a BA in International Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a study experience at The American University in Cairo.
