Jackie Mattingly

Jackie Mattingly is an accomplished professional in healthcare information security, currently serving as the Senior Director of Consulting for Small & Medium Hospitals/vCISO at Clearwater since April 2024. Mattingly also holds the position of Treasurer for WiCyS Healthcare, is a Senior Consultant at Coker Group, and has been a Faculty Lecturer and Board Member for the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS) since January 2022. Additionally, Mattingly has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Southern Indiana and previously held key roles at Optum and Owensboro Health, including Chief Information Security Officer. Mattingly's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration - Healthcare Informatics from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
