Janet Johnson

Janet Johnson serves as the Director of Alumni Engagement and Volunteer USI at the University of Southern Indiana since August 2000, focusing on building relationships with alumni and friends globally through comprehensive engagement programs. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Career Services and Internships and Career Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed coaching students and alumni on career decisions, overseeing recruiting events, and managing employer relations to enhance internship opportunities. Janet also has experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Family Matters of Posey County from 2007 to 2013 and has held a board member position since 2007. Janet holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Evansville.
