Khalilah Doss

Khalilah Doss, Ph.D., CFRM, currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Middle Tennessee State University, a position held since July 2024. Khalilah has a rich background in higher education, with a focus on student affairs, having previously held roles such as Non Tenured Faculty at the University of Southern Indiana and Vice President for Student Affairs at McPherson College. With over a decade of experience in various positions, including Assistant Dean of Students at Lincoln University of Missouri and roles in residential life and housing, Khalilah has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing student life through leadership in educational programming, student development, and policy interpretation. Educationally, Khalilah holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Higher Education from Southern Illinois University, a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Economics/Finance and Marketing.
