Tessa Shade

Tessa Shade currently serves as the Director of Academics and Support Services for Student-Athletes at the University of Southern Indiana, a position held since August 2023. Prior roles include Academic Advisor, Women's Athletic Recruiter, Head Women’s Rowing Coach, and Administrative Assistant for Career Services at Massachusetts Maritime Academy from June 2021 to July 2023. Previous experience also encompasses office support at the Montgomery County Board of Elections, various roles at the University of Dayton, and multiple positions in lifeguarding. Tessa has been involved in the Red Hotz and Lollipops musical theater summer camp since 2013, working as the Assistant Director. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Dayton and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Sport Management at the University of Southern Indiana.
