Agustin Borrero III

Agustin Borrero III is a highly skilled cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in protecting and managing IT infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at the University of Southern Queensland since September 2018, responsibilities include penetration testing, network monitoring, risk assessments, and the administration of security systems. Previously, Agustin held the position of Cybersecurity Apprentice at the Defense Acquisition University, providing research support for the Department of Defense's cybersecurity protocols. Agustin's career began in the hospitality industry at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, where the role of Hospitality Attendant was held from April 2015 to September 2017. A Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance was obtained from the University of West Florida, completing studies in 2018.
