Dr Ray Welling

Dr. Ray Welling serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Welling Digital since February 2008, focusing on e-business strategy and content development, particularly in healthcare and education. Welling is also a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney, teaching various marketing and digital communication courses, and has received the Excellence in Teaching Award (Marketing) in 2024. Additional academic roles include Sessional Tutor at UNSW and Adjunct Lecturer at Macquarie University, where advanced marketing courses are taught, achieving an average rating of 4.
