Tapan Sarker

Tapan Sarker serves as an Advisory Board Member at Global Business Review and holds the position of Professor of Finance and Associate Head of School - Outreach, Engagement & International at the University of Southern Queensland since January 2022. In this role, Tapan Sarker leads initiatives to enhance industry engagement, improve job readiness, attract students, and promote curriculum development. Previously, Tapan Sarker has held several academic leadership roles at Griffith University, including Associate Professor and Director of Engagement. As an Editor and Associate Editor for various journals, Tapan Sarker focuses on innovative themes such as sustainable development and green energy transition. With a PhD in Sustainable Finance from The Australian National University and experience as a visiting professor in institutions globally, Tapan Sarker combines academic excellence with community-focused outreach efforts.
