Thomas P. Werner

Thomas P. Werner, PT, MA, PhD, is an accomplished academic and practitioner in the field of physical therapy and organizational systems. Currently serving as Assistant Dean for PT Faculty and Academic Affairs at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences since July 2012, Thomas also holds the positions of Academic Program Director and Associate Professor. Thomas has a diverse background, including roles as Principal at WELL Role Coaching & Consulting, Graduate Fellow in Higher Education Leadership with the American Physical Therapy Association, and previous ownership of North Tahoe Physical Therapy Clinic and WellCom: Wellness for the Community. Academically, Thomas has obtained multiple degrees from Fielding Graduate University, culminating in a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, along with certifications in coaching and leadership.
