Gerd Winandi-Martin

Gerd Winandi-Martin has extensive experience in career and corporate services, currently serving as Ressortleiter Innovation & Transfer at Universität St.Gallen (HSG) since August 2012, following roles such as Director Career & Corporate Services and Head of Student Career Services. Responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership of various programs, managing a team of 14, representing the department in multiple committees, and facilitating collaboration with other university sectors. Previously, Gerd Winandi-Martin worked as a Senior HR Consultant at CvA AG from December 2007 to July 2012 and as an HR Business Partner at EPG AG in mid-2007. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Digital Leadership & Transformation from the University of St.Gallen and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Konstanz.
