Sarah Stephen is currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategy & Business Ethics at the University of Liverpool's Management School since October 2022. Additionally, since September 2019, Sarah serves as an Associated Member at the University of St. Gallen's Institute for Business Ethics. Previous roles include Lecturer and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institut für Wirtschaftsethik, and from September 2011 to August 2019, Sarah held positions including Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Researcher at the University of Lausanne's Department of Strategy, Globalization and Society. Sarah's early career involved work as a Junior Researcher on a Swiss National Science Foundation project focused on qualitative research quality. Sarah holds a PhD in Economics with a specialization in Management from HEC Lausanne and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice from the University of Liverpool.
