Thomas Berndt is a Professor für Rechnungslegung at the University of St. Gallen - HSG, where since 2005, Thomas has also served as the Director of the Institute for Law & Economics (ILE-HSG). In addition, Thomas has been a member of the Verwaltungsrat at equia AG since January 2013, providing expertise in compliance, corporate governance, and forensics. Thomas holds a Habilitation in Betriebswirtschaft from Goethe University Frankfurt, completed between 1989 and 2004, and undergraduate education from the University of St. Gallen.
