Timo Meynhardt

Timo Meynhardt is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of business psychology and leadership, currently holding the Dr. Arend Oetker Chair of Business Psychology and Leadership at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management since October 2015. With extensive experience as the Managing Director of the Center for Leadership and Values in Society at the University of St Gallen since April 2007, Meynhardt has also served in various academic roles, including Lehrstuhl für Management at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from October 2013 to September 2015, and Geschäftsführer at My Competency GmbH from January 2008 to July 2012. Prior to these positions, Meynhardt was a Practice Expert at McKinsey & Company, Inc. from October 1999 to March 2007. Educationally, Meynhardt achieved Habilitation at the University of St.Gallen between 2007 and 2013, a doctorate in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the same university from 2000 to 2003, and a Diplom in Psychology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena (1992-1998), alongside studies in psychology at Oxford Brookes University (1995-1996).
