Timo Meynhardt is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of business psychology and leadership, currently holding the Dr. Arend Oetker Chair of Business Psychology and Leadership at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management since October 2015. With extensive experience as the Managing Director of the Center for Leadership and Values in Society at the University of St Gallen since April 2007, Meynhardt has also served in various academic roles, including Lehrstuhl für Management at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from October 2013 to September 2015, and Geschäftsführer at My Competency GmbH from January 2008 to July 2012.
