Weber Kathrin

Weber Kathrin serves as the Director of the Continuing Education Center at the University of St. Gallen since January 2023, overseeing a team of 17 in managing a hotel and seminar operations. Previously, Weber held the position of Head of the Sports Department and Managing Director of the Sports Center in Herisau from August 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing community sports facilities and leading crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Weber's roles also encompass significant leadership positions at movemi AG as Section Head and Deputy CEO, and as CEO of Luftseilbahn Jakobsbad-Kronberg AG and Lidl Sportpark Bergholz Wil, among others. With a strong educational background including a CAS in Sports Facility Management and an EMBA, Weber is well-equipped in change management and operational optimization within the hospitality and sports sectors.
