Omar Correa is currently the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at the University of St Thomas. Omar then served as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Clarke College from 1999 to 2005, Concordia College from 2005 to 2010, and Monmouth College from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Loras College, where they oversaw admissions, financial aid, and retention in a thriving learning environment. In 2015, Omar joined the University of Nebraska at Omaha as Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment, a role they held until 2022.

Omar is a graduate of Iowa State University.

Dr. Omar Correa has a PhD in Medical Education from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, an M.Ed. in Higher Ed. Administration- Enrollment Management from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Iowa State University. Omar also has certification from Salesforce Trailhead in Business Value of Equality, CRM Basics Badge, Stanford University in Design Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, Identity Basics, Impact of Unconscious Bias, Salesforce Basics Badge, Salesforce Cloud Benefits, Salesforce Ecosystem, and Salesforce Success Model.
