Jonathan Parker

Jonathan Parker is a Professor Emeritus at Bournemouth University, where tenure has been held since January 2006, and also serves as a Professor of Society & Social Welfare. Currently, Jonathan Parker holds the position of Visiting Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire Business School and serves as Honorary Professor Emeritus at the University of Stavanger. Additionally, since 2013, Jonathan Parker has been a Visiting Professor at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia's Taski Chini Research Centre. Jonathan Parker previously led the Social Work Department at the University of Hull from 1992 to 2005. Academic credentials include a BA (Hons), an MA (distinction), and a PhD obtained from the University of Hull between 1978 and 1981.
