Amintha Buckland

Amintha Buckland has extensive experience in the higher education sector, having held several leadership roles at the University of Surrey from December 2016 to August 2024, including Associate Director of Philanthropy, Head of Philanthropy, and Head of Advancement Services and Campaign Planning. Prior to this, Amintha worked at the University of Leicester from January 1997 to January 2001. Amintha earned a BA Hons degree in History of Art from the University of Leicester, complementing this academic background with A levels from Alton College.
