Dr. Farhana Sajjad (Ph.D.

Dr. Farhana Sajjad holds a PhD in Business Management and an MSc in Corporate Brand Management from Brunel University. Currently serving as the Director of Student Success at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey since August 2025, Dr. Sajjad also holds positions as a Governor at St. Dominic School, External Examiner at the University of Essex, and Educational Consultant. With extensive experience as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Surrey since January 2017 and previous positions at Brunel University London, including Lecturer and Accreditation Officer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Dr. Sajjad specializes in Marketing and Retail Management. Notable roles include Programme Director for multiple Master's and Bachelor's programs and involvement in significant research projects focused on public policy making. Dr. Sajjad is recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
