Dr Robyn Muir

Dr. Robyn Muir is a lecturer in Media and Communications at the University of Surrey, specializing in feminist media scholarship with a focus on the Disney Princess Phenomenon and the construction of identity. Previous roles include trainer at Alison's Aid, where Dr. Muir conducted various workplace training courses, and visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton, developing content for media students. Experience also includes positions as a research associate at the University of Nottingham, where Dr. Muir contributed to studies on modern slavery and forced marriage. Dr. Muir holds a PhD in Feminist Research and a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
