Jayana Jayarathne

Jayana Jayarathne is currently engaged at the University of Surrey as a Health and Safety Representative for the School of Mathematics and Physics, an Exam Invigilator, and a Laboratory Demonstrator for various engineering courses. Prior experience includes serving as an ATI Summer Research Student at the University of Surrey, focusing on the fabrication and analysis of perovskite solar cells, and a Technical and Commercial Intern at Keysight Technologies, where Jayana provided technical support for numerous products. Earlier roles consist of an Intern Electronic Design Engineer at SLINTEC and an Electrical Engineering Intern at WindForce. Jayana is pursuing a PhD in Radiation and Medical Physics at the University of Surrey, having previously earned a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering, an International Foundation Year in Engineering and Physical Sciences, and a certificate in Nanotechnology. Educational background includes completion of GCE O/Ls at Ananda College.
