Steve Hoole Ba

Steve Hoole BA, MSc, SFHEA is a seasoned education professional currently serving as Education Programme Manager at the University of Surrey since November 2021. In this role, Steve manages large institutional change initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience, including the development of online postgraduate and continuing professional development courses, digital assessments, and innovative social spaces. Prior to this, Steve held positions at Jisc including Head of Analytics and Senior Learning Analytics Consultant, where notable contributions included managing analytics products and consulting on the implementation of learning analytics services. Previously, experience in various educational institutions such as Blackboard and Buckinghamshire New University has contributed to expertise in technology-enhanced learning, project management, and stakeholder training. Steve holds a Master of Science in Interactive Multimedia Production and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Huddersfield.
