Hayley Bowerman

Hayley Bowerman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational management and student recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Education Manager at the University of Sussex since December 2018, Bowerman has held multiple roles within the School of Media, Arts & Humanities, including Education Manager, Curriculum Project Manager, and Senior Quality & Enhancement Officer, focusing on quality assurance and student experience. Prior to this, Bowerman worked at London Business School as an Online Distance Learning Officer and Student Recruitment Manager. Additionally, Bowerman contributed to the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons as a Student Recruitment Coordinator and has held recruitment consultancy roles at Personnel Selection and Regional Recruitment Services. Bowerman holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from De Montfort University.
