Lisa O'Keeffe

Lisa O'Keeffe has extensive experience in supply chain and business management, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager, Business Process Manager, and Business Improvement Lead in the Finance Transformation Programme at the University of Sussex since September 2015. In these roles, Lisa focuses on operational efficiency, process development, and supplier relationship management, contributing to the university's growth strategy. Prior to this, Lisa held various positions at Legal & General Assurance Society from June 1996 to August 2015, including Business Analyst, Customer Services Manager, and Business Analyst/Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing pension claims, implementing lean processes, and driving customer-centric change initiatives. Lisa began the professional journey as a Senior Pensions Administrator at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes from 1991 to 1996 and completed education at North Presentation in Cork City, Eire.
