Nigel Lambe

Nigel Lambe is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including sports tourism, management consultancy, and the food and beverage industry. As the Director and Co-Owner of Running Trips since May 2024, Nigel is involved in organizing training camps for runners in Kenya and the UK. Nigel also serves on the University Leadership Team at the University of Sussex and is the Chief Executive Officer at Sussex Innovation, where advisory roles have supported significant growth. As the Founder and Director of Bold Decisions Consultancy, Nigel has provided strategic guidance to high-potential companies. Previously, Nigel co-founded Brighton Gin, transforming it into a leading spirits brand, and played pivotal roles in the growth of Small Batch Coffee Company and other ventures. Educational accomplishments include advanced programs in Executive Management from Henley Business School and Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School.
