Rohan McCarthy-Gill

Rohan McCarthy-Gill serves as the Head of Global Mobility at the University of Sussex since April 2019, overseeing the university's global student mobility programme. Prior roles include Global Mobility and Partnerships Manager at Sussex and Manager of International Mobility at Western Sydney University, where responsibilities included enhancing student participation in international programs and leading various mobility initiatives. Rohan also holds leadership positions in organizations such as Butex British Student Mobility, where Rohan serves as Chair and Treasurer, and community governance at Waterton Academy Trust. With a strong background in international student recruitment and program management spanning over two decades, Rohan's expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Asian Studies from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism from the University of Canberra.
