Robert Stephen

Robert Stephen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the field of cyber security. Currently serving as the Essential 8 NIST Uplift Program Lead at the University of Sydney since July 2025, Robert previously held significant roles at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, directing critical cyber security modernization projects. A seasoned project manager since 2005, Robert has worked with various organizations including TAFE NSW, Westpac, and Citigroup, with responsibilities spanning from financial markets to infrastructure and cyber security initiatives.
