Ben Rose

Ben Rose is the current Chief Financial Officer at University of Tasmania. Prior to their current role, Rose served as the Chief Financial Officer for Stornoway from October 2015 to June 2017, Eagle Mine LLC from September 2013 to August 2015, and Rio Tinto Eagle Mine LLC from February 2012 to September 2013. Ben has also held finance-related positions at Rio Tinto Coal Australia and Rio Tinto. Rose began their career in 1996 as an audit analyst/manager for Deloitte.

They are on a team with Rebecca Cuthill - Executive Director, Advancement, Meg Keating - Head of School, Creative Arts and Media, and Allie House - Associate Director, Future Students. Their manager is Alison Watkins, Chancellor.
