Erin Roehrer

Erin Roehrer is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and management. Currently serving as the Associate Head Students for the School of ICT at the University of Tasmania since January 2009, Erin Roehrer is responsible for developing student engagement strategies and overseeing student recruitment and retention. Previous roles include Senior Lecturer in ICT and Lecturer in Information Systems, focusing on quality assurance and high-quality teaching. Additionally, Erin Roehrer holds the position of Associate Editor at the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice and served as Organising Chair for the Australasian Conference on Information Systems in 2017. Prior to an academic career, Erin Roehrer worked as a Bank Manager at ANZ, where responsibilities included branch operations and customer experience management. Erin Roehrer earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Transnational Education, Human Factors, and Health Informatics from the University of Tasmania.
