Ann-Kerstin Schoefer

Ann-Kerstin Schoefer is an experienced leader in global and digital education innovation, currently serving as the Lead for Global and Digital Education Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney since March 2024. In 2023, Ann-Kerstin became Principal at Global Context Consulting, focusing on future investment planning and business innovation for the University. Previously, Ann-Kerstin held the position of Director of Partnerships (APAC) at AVENU Learning, where significant achievements included launching online degree programs tailored for the Indian market. As Deputy Director of Partnerships & Engagement at the University of Technology Sydney from 2017 to 2022, Ann-Kerstin established impactful partnerships and developed entrepreneurial work experience programs for students. Earlier roles include Business Development and Student Recruitment Manager at Macquarie University, Program Manager for Executive Education at ESCP Europe, and various positions within L'Oréal. Ann-Kerstin's educational background includes a Masterclass in Learning Experience Design from KAOSPILOT and an MPhil in Management Coaching from Stellenbosch University.
