Ben Carroll

Ben Carroll is a Casual Academic at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on tutoring first-year IT subjects while mastering the curriculum for the same course. With experience as an IT Support Officer, Ben manages and maintains over 2,100 shared lab devices, utilizing tools such as Microsoft SCCM and Intune, and providing technical support to non-technical users. Ben is also a Founder and IT Generalist at BTech Systems, where custom software solutions and website development have been a primary focus since 2014. Ben's experience includes an internship with EY Future Friendly, exploring financial wellbeing innovations. Currently pursuing a BScIT with a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation, Ben's education journey began at The Scots College.
