Claudia Snell

Claudia Snell is an experienced organisational development professional currently serving as the Organisational Development Manager at the University of Technology Sydney since January 2025. In this role, Claudia is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance in alignment with the university's strategic goals. Prior to this, Claudia held the position of Talent & Leadership Development Manager at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, where Claudia developed a performance and talent strategy, including a comprehensive Leadership Development Program. Additionally, Claudia served as Senior People Partner at SafetyCulture, overseeing the integration of EdApp following its acquisition. Claudia's career also includes roles at Nuix and Macquarie Group, where Claudia progressed from Human Resources Contractor to Learning and Development Lead. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University.
